For 150+ years, Cayuga Mutual Insurance has provided their customers with the best service for the best protection, while also supporting their community. While Cayuga Mutual still holds true to that reputation, its branding left them looking a little outdated. They needed a new brand to reflect the future of the company and guidelines to maintain consistency across all platforms. We were undoubtedly up for the challenge.
We started with questions like “What does Cayuga Mutual stand for?”, and “How do we envision the future of the company?”, to provide guidance on how to create the new brand. Friendly and inviting, the new logo ties in with the community’s agricultural roots featuring different-sized petals symbolizing growth within both the business and society. After trying various colour palettes, we decided on orange, blue, green and yellow to express the four insurance sectors they serve – home, auto, farm and commercial. With a whole package rolled out including a new website, brochures, stationary, sell sheets, and more, the launching of their new brand has been a tremendous success.
