This café has grown their business in Southern Ontario by attracting a variety of customers over the years by offering a unique menu mixed with the atmosphere of a great place to meet or study. As an ever evolving brand, the question is always where can we take it next? We were brought in to deliver an important new phase and look for Williams both online and in-store to keep things fresh, and always with an eye to attract new customers.
Working with the principals and values Williams has held strong for years, we developed a new look in-store featuring stylish menu board designs that look like chalk boards to really bring to life the true café feel while simplifying the selection process. That new look inspired a range of pieces to add synergy in all branded elements. Billboard/transit ads, store signage, social media campaigning and targeted publications were the vehicles to get the word out. And get the word out it successfully did.
