THE SITUATION

With the goal of differentiating their brand from their competitors, Voyago approached us looking for a new name and brand to rejuvenate their appearance in order to better align the brand with future opportunities, their strategic goals and the marketplace of the 21st century. As a passenger services company participating in institutional and retail transit categories, we had to capture the essence of the founders’ belief, corporate culture and employee behaviour within this new identity.

OUR THINKING

With a unique value proposition “Care Powered By Intelligence” introduced, we created a name and logo that was both simple, yet bold by not straying too far from their past name, Voyageur, we were able to maintain Voyago’s loyal customer base while drawing in new ones. With the new brand identity’s goal set to generate a “wow” factor, we successfully designed a brand as modern and intelligent as their services while maintaining an approachable, friendly and professional demeanour.
